Hay para repetir (You can have some more)

Es común ver muchas personas viviendo diariamente en escasez. La escasez es cuando lo que tienes no alcanza para cubrir todas las necesidades diarias. Una familia de 4 personas con 3 huevos para el desayuno, eso es escasez.

En mi opinión y basado en la experiencia, la escasez es un problema de la mente. Quizá alguien leyendo esto pueda encontrarse en una situación económica difícil, y no pretendo con esto decir que el problema es mental o imaginario; pero lo que quiero con esta reflexión, es que entendamos que la abundancia de Dios sugiere que todos podamos vivir con más de lo necesario.

El plan de Dios para nuestras vidas es de bendición y de prosperidad. Ojo, no hablo de la prosperidad que plantea que todos estamos llamados a ser ultra-millonarios. De hecho, aunque creo en la abundancia y en las bendiciones de Dios, también creo en el “pan de cada día”. Es decir, tener lo suficiente para vivir diariamente cómodamente, sin excesos ni acumulando con avaricia.

Crecí en una casa donde siempre hubo comida para repetir. No recuerdo jamás haberme sentado a la mesa y tener que dividir un plato de comida o haber quedado con hambre después de cenar.

Eso me hace pensar en Dios… Entregue mi vida a Jesús a la edad de 15 años. Desde entonces toda mi vida (con altos y bajos) ha sido una vida de fe. En mis limitaciones, siempre he sido fiel a Dios en la administración de mis dones, talentos y recursos, y mi casa y yo siempre hemos visto su fidelidad.

En mi vida financiera, nunca he faltado a una sola cuenta bancaria, ni a compromiso financiero alguno. Con quienes he hecho negocios, pueden dar fe que he cumplido mi palabra, y aunque muchos me han fallado, me deben plata y me han robado, aun así siempre hemos llegado a fin de mes con lo suficiente para repetir.

Es que nuestra provisión viene de Dios y no de la gente. Es que con Dios, se puede repetir.

Pues si vosotros, siendo malos, sabéis dar buenas dádivas a vuestros hijos, ¿cuánto más vuestro Padre que está en los cielos dará buenas cosas a los que le pidan?

You can have some more

It is common to see many people living daily in scarcity. Scarcity is when you don't have enough to cover all your daily needs. A family of 4 with 3 eggs for breakfast, that's shortage.

In my opinion and based on experience, scarcity is an issue of mind. Maybe someone reading this may be in a difficult economic situation, and I do not intend to say that this problem is mental or imaginary; but what I want with this reflection is for us to understand that God's abundance suggests that we can all live with more than the necessary.

God's plan for our lives is of blessing and prosperity. But please note that I am not speaking of the prosperity message that states that we are all called to be ultra-millionaires. In fact, although I believe in abundance and the blessings of God, I also believe in the "daily bread". This is to have enough to live comfortably every day without accumulating in excess with greed.

I grew up in a house where there was always more than enough food to repeat. I do not remember ever having sat at the table and having to split a meal or still being hungry after dinner.

That makes me think of God ... I committed my life to Jesus at the age of 15. Since then, my life (with its ups and downs) has been a life of faith. In my limitations, I have always been faithful to God in the administration of my gifts, talents and resources, and my house and I have always experienced God's faithfulness.

In my financial life, I have never missed a single bank account, or any financial commitment. With whom I have done business, they can attest that I have kept my word, and although many have failed me, owe me money and have robbed me, even so we always come to the end of each month with enough to repeat.

This happens because our supply comes from God and not from men. With God, you can always have some more.
