Salmos 23:3a (NTV)

Él renueva mis fuerzas.

Este salmo habla de SANIDAD y RESTAURACIÓN. Solamente alguien que está cansado, herido desgastado o enfermo (sea en su cuerpo, alma o en su espíritu) necesita ser sanado y restaurado.

Yo he estado en esa situación y Dios siempre me ha levantado y restaurado. Él siempre ha renovado mis fuerzas. La palabra "renueva" viene del Hebreo "shuwb" que quiere decir regresar al estado original y restaurar.

Es importante recordar que estamos estudiando todo el Salmo 23, y en el primer salmo de este capítulo nos habla de confiar en Jesús como nuestro Pastor. Esto quiere decir que la base y el fundamento de todo lo que el salmista expone en este salmo es hacer de Jesús nuestro Pastor y confiar en Él como las ovejas confían en su pastor.

Si te encuentras en una situación difícil y adversa y sientes que no puedes más, toma esta promesa para ti y aférrate de ella. Ahora bien para que esta promesa de renovación de tus fuerzas se haga real, el secreto es este: CONFÍA EN EL SEÑOR.

Pero los que confían en el Señor tendrán siempre nuevas fuerzas y podrán volar como las águilas; podrán correr sin cansarse y caminar sin fatigarse.

Psalms 23:3a (NLT)

He renews my strength.

This psalm speaks of HEALING and RESTORATION. Only someone who is tired, worn wounded or sick (whether in the body, soul or spirit) needs to be healed and restored.

I've been in that situation and God has always lifted me up and restored me. He always renews my strength. The word "renew" comes from the Hebrew word "shuwb" which means returning to the starting point and restoration.

Remember that we are studying Psalm 23, and the first psalm of this chapter talks about trusting Jesus as our Shepherd. This means that the basis and foundation of all that the psalmist stated in this Psalm 23 is to make Jesus our Shepherd and trusting Him as sheep trust their shepherd.

If you are facing a difficult and adverse situation and feel you cannot keep going, take this promise and stick to it. However, know that this promise of renewal of your strength will be real only if you follow this key: TRUST IN THE LORD.

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
